Hanne is a Consumer Insights Manager. She has over 25 years working with blue chip companies to understand the needs of their consumers, to deliver products and services to better meet their needs. She has been a joint carer for family members and as a working mother is passionate about helping both carers and parents manage the juggling act between caring for loved ones and carrying on with life.

Hanne has extensive experience of ensuring strategy is based around a robust understanding of consumer needs. Her commercial background brings a different point of view to decision making, helping to prioritise activities. She is new to the world of charity but feels her natural objectivity will help with decision making.
