DESCRIPTION:Join us at our Mental Health Support Group for carers of someone who is 16+. Recovery and Wellbeing College will be joining us to talk about their educational courses\, workshops and resources for people with mental health difficulties\, their carers\, supporters and family members and staff from all areas of the CNWL. \nChristmas time can sometimes be a difficult time for carers\, so come along and find out how you can support your wellbeing in the new year. \nNo need to book\, just come along – we look forward to seeing you!
