The Old Bath House and Community Centre are working with SOFEA / Fareshare to trial a plan to start this Thursday to distribute 100 (15 item) *surplus food parcels to those that need it with an MK12 postcode. It hopes to provide a weekly service if the trial is successful and circumstances allowing. This is a FREE service to support local people during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Recipients must have received notice of this service via Carers MK and live within an MK12 postcode. All recipients must read the following documents:

  • Privacy Statement Community Larder Members – Click here to read this.
  • SOFEA Community Larder Guidelines Emergency Covid-19 – Click here to read this.
  • Application Form – Click here to read this. Return the membership form by email to oldbathhouse@gmail.com

Recipients will be given a time slot to collect from The Old Bath House, main hall (from the fire exit at the back of the building) between 2pm – 4pm on Thursday or (if self-isolating) the team will arrange a delivery to your doorstep.

The team can also offer help to complete the form if required. No one can receive a parcel without completing and returning the form.

If you would like to benefit from a parcel and fulfil these criteria, please return your form or get in touch with Helen Innes on oldbathhouse@gmail.com

*Surplus food is unwanted food collected by SOFEA/Fareshare that would otherwise be going to waste.
