Please join us for an informal information session at our Westcroft Group, led by Caroline Sterling, Carers MK Support Worker.

The session will cover; What an Emergency Plan is, why it can be helpful to have a plan in place, how to create a plan, tips, ideas and templates for creating one and how Carers MK can help.

This session is taking place as part of our normal weekly Westcroft meet-up, so plenty of time for a cuppa and with other carers too.
