This Manual Handling Training session will be delivered by Total Training via Zoom. The content of this online training session will be a brief overview on the following:

Theory:

• The spine and how to protect it
• Assessing Risk
• Legislation
• Back Safety
• Dangerous techniques

Techniques/equipment:

• Assisting to stand
• Assisting to walk
• Stairs
• Wheelchairs

The online training session will be interactive and can be adapted based on specific needs of attendees.
