GP Work
Carers MK works in partnership with GP practices to ensure that patients who are carers are identified and well supported.
We encourage carers to let their GP Practices know that they are in a caring role so that they can be added to the GP Practice’s Carers Register.
We are also able to deliver carer awareness training sessions for GP Practice staff, within Protected Learning Time (PLT), or at a time of the practice’s choosing.
